Using Windows Telephony (TAPI) |
|
|
If your hardware is compatible with Windows Telephony it will appear in the Via drop-list.
If your hardware is not listed, it is because Windows could not find a TAPI driver for your hardware. Because some hardware systems have their own Windows software for dialling and managing calls, they don't install a TAPI driver (so that you are encouraged to use their software). Check the installation CD or visit the manufacturer's website for TAPI drivers. |
